The B&B "Sogni d'oro" is located in a privileged and peaceful position, in the center of the main street of the Temple city (via Atenea). It is surrounded by numerous cafes, typical restaurants and shops of all kinds, and can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes from the train and bus station. The beach of San Leone, the Scala dei Turchi, Porto Empedocle, Siculiana Marina and the Valley of the Temples can also be easily reached by urban buses, in about 15-20 minutes. WE RECOMMEND NOT TO RELY ON GPS to reach the B&B: it can go crazy in the historic center! Call us and we will be happy to help you (0039. 3475616332). - IF YOU ARRIVE ON FOOT from the station, you will have to reach Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and continue towards "Via Atenea" until you reach the "Milano" bar. Then, walk along Via Atenea until house number 171, where you will turn left onto Via Giambertoni and continue for about 40 meters until the road narrows a bit. You will find the sign for the B&B "Sogni d'oro". - PARKING (there is no parking inside the B&B, but there are numerous convenient solutions nearby - it is possible to reach the B&B for loading/unloading luggage and then go to the parking lots - just provide us with the license plate and model of the car upon your arrival at the property). We suggest parking at the public parking lot of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, very central, convenient and affordable: on the blue strip it costs about two euros for an entire afternoon and until the next morning (free for many hours during the day, free at night, free on Sundays, free on holidays). It is also possible to park FOR FREE along Via Empedocle, a parallel street to Via Atenea (less convenient parking as it requires a steep climb from Via Empedocle to reach the B&B). SECURE PARKING: we have an agreement with the Parcheggio Pluripiano Atenea, located a 5-minute walk from the B&B (via Empedocle 29), at a cost of only 5. 00 euros per day. IMPORTANT: only on Saturdays from 18: 00 to 21: 00 it will not be possible to drive or ride along Via Atenea, however, it will be possible to park outside the main street (Via Atenea) and walk about 400 meters. - CHECK-IN TIME: from 16: 00 to 19: 30. - CHECK-OUT TIME: by 10: 00. IMPORTANT: If you need to arrive before 16: 00, just let us know by phone at least one hour before the expected arrival time (no additional cost). If you need to arrive after 19: 30 (but not later than 22: 00), it is necessary to inform us by phone at least 6 hours before the expected arrival time (check-in after 19: 30 is not always possible if not agreed in advance; for these requests, an additional cost of 10. 00 euros will be added to the total cost of the stay as compensation for the extra work of those who will have to wait outside working hours). CANCELLATION POLICY: Free changes or cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days before the expected arrival day. In case of cancellations beyond this deadline or in case of no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged (or the deposit paid will be retained). TOURIST TAX: A tourist tax of 2. 00 euros per person per day is required for the first 4 nights. It is free from the fifth day onwards. Children up to 14 years old do not pay the tourist tax.
